Responsibilities
The SDR team at Workato is growing and were looking for driven high-potential individuals who are excited to break into tech sales and make an impact.
This is a Denver-based hybrid role (2 days in-office) and a great opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a fast-growing company. Our SDRs partner closely with Account Executives to break into new accounts and generate pipeline through outbound prospecting.
As an Outbound Sales Development Representative you will have a direct and measurable impact on company revenue. Your primary focus will be building pipeline by booking meetings with key decision-makers at target accounts through a mix of cold calling email and social selling.
Youll operate in a highly collaborative team-first environment with clear expectations structured enablement and hands-on support from leadership. We believe in learning fast and winning togetherits common to see top-performing messaging call strategies and wins shared across the team in real time.
In this role you will also be responsible to:
Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting (calls email LinkedIn etc.)
Partner closely with Account Executives to strategically break into target accounts
Research accounts and personalize outreach to drive engagement
Consistently meet and exceed activity and pipeline generation goals
Actively participate in team trainings call reviews and coaching sessions
Continuously refine your messaging objection handling and sales skills
