ABOUT THE ROLE
Soko Glam is seeking a part-time Email & SMS Marketing Contractor to manage our email and SMS marketing programs. This role will oversee campaign execution segmentation flows testing scheduling and ongoing optimization to drive engagement conversion retention and revenue.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical and detail-oriented with hands-on experience managing email and SMS programs in Klaviyo for an e-commerce brand. You should be comfortable owning an email calendar building campaigns and flows developing audience segments analyzing performance and translating insights into actionable optimizations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own and manage email and SMS programs in Klaviyo including campaigns newsletters flows and automations.
• Own the email and SMS marketing calendar based on the broader Marketing Calendar.
• Manage audience segmentation campaign builds scheduling and launches.
• Own email and SMS briefs from concept through execution including copywriting promotional messaging and creative direction partnering closely with the Graphic Designer to bring campaigns to life.
• Monitor performance and run tests to improve engagement conversion retention and revenue.
• Analyze email/SMS performance subscriber health and key KPIs using available platform and Shopify data.
• Identify and implement ongoing optimization opportunities.
• Provide regular performance reporting insights and recommendations.
• Partner with the Marketing team on campaign timing and opportunities to improve channel performance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 4 years of experience managing email and/or SMS marketing preferably in an eCommerce environment.
• Beauty industry experience preferred
• Hands-on experience with Klaviyo including campaigns flows automations and segmentation.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking with proficiency in email and marketing performance metrics.
• Experience with testing and optimizing campaigns based on performance insights.
• Ability to own key workstreams and drive initiatives from strategy through execution.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
