Email Deployment Specialist

Overview
Client is seeking a detail-oriented Email Deployment Specialist to support the end-to-end deployment of email communications through Adobe Campaign and Journey Optimizer. This role is responsible for ensuring outbound emails are accurate fully functional and rendered correctly across devices and email clients.
The ideal candidate is highly organized thrives in a fast-paced environment and can confidently manage both routine and time-sensitive email deployments while maintaining quality and consistency.

Core Responsibilities
Deploy and review email communications through Adobe Campaign and Journey Optimizer including urgent and time-sensitive sends.
Perform thorough pre-send quality assurance to verify content accuracy functionality link integrity and rendering across desktop mobile and webmail platforms.
Ensure brand consistency formatting accuracy and content integrity across all outbound email communications.
Monitor campaign performance including open rates click-through rates bounce rates and deliverability metrics.
Generate and distribute performance reports providing stakeholders with actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
Create reusable standards-compliant Outlook email templates that function consistently across Microsoft Office email environments.
Maintain and update the email template library to support ongoing communication needs.
Troubleshoot and resolve email rendering issues delivery failures and sending errors in real time.
Identify root causes of email-related issues and implement corrective and preventive measures.

Essential Qualifications Skills and Technologies
Proven experience deploying email campaigns using Adobe Campaign and Adobe Journey Optimizer.
Strong understanding of HTML and CSS for email development and cross-client rendering.
Demonstrated experience with email quality assurance processes including cross-device and cross-client testing.
Experience monitoring interpreting and reporting on email campaign performance metrics.
Ability to build and maintain reusable email templates with Outlook and Microsoft Office compatibility.
Strong troubleshooting skills with experience resolving rendering delivery and sending issues.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage urgent time-sensitive requests in a professional and composed manner.

Preferred Skills or Experience
Experience working within a regulated industry such as financial services.
Familiarity with email testing tools.
Basic understanding of email deliverability best practices and email authentication protocols.

Work Details
Full-time contract position.
On-site role based in Cleveland.
Requires three to four days per week in the office.
