As a Elite Armed Security Officer Full Time Driver Site Assessment in Austin TX you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls and more. As an Armed Patrol Officer in a retail and mall location you will conduct routine patrols maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents respond to security-related concerns and provide exceptional customer service. This driving post requires a valid drivers license and Level III Armed Certification. Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors tenants and staff by carrying out armed security-related procedures site-specific policies and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner including contacting emergency services and following established protocols when needed.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout retail and mall common areas exterior grounds parking areas access points and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to restricted areas observe visitor and vendor activity and report suspicious behavior hazards and security-related concerns to site leadership.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain required documentation for incidents patrols daily activities and policy violations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have 3 or more years of combined law enforcement corrections or military experience or 5 or more years of armed security-related experience.
• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possess a Level III Armed Certification in Texas.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
