As a Elite Armed Security Officer Driver Alarm Response in Odessa TX you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls and more. As an Armed Patrol Officer at a retail location you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents and respond to situations with professionalism. This driving position supports a welcoming environment through exceptional customer service clear communication and teamwork. Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients customers and employees by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents disturbances and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner following established protocols and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the retail location parking areas loading areas and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points observe customer and employee activity and assist with access control incident documentation and communication with site leadership and emergency responders.
• Maintain required firearm qualifications and follow all applicable laws company policies and site-specific procedures for armed security-related duties.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possess 3 or more years of combined law enforcement corrections or military experience or 5 or more years of armed security experience.
• Possess a Level III Armed Certification in Texas only.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
