Job Summary
Are you detail-oriented organized and ready to make a meaningful impact in a manufacturing environment Join our team as an Electronic Component Kitting Specialist and play a pivotal role in supporting production contract manufacturing and repair operations. Were seeking a motivated professional to ensure inventory accuracy maintain material traceability and support efficient material flow throughout our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately pick verify and stage electronic components according to approved pick lists BOMs and work instructions.
Prepare production kits for shipment to contract manufacturers and internal manufacturing operations.
Support repair and debug activities by pulling requested material in a timely manner.
Verify kit completeness prior to release and promptly communicate shortages or discrepancies to the Materials Manager.
Maintain organized staging areas to ensure efficient material flow.

Experience & Qualifications:
Basic understanding of electronic component identification handling and storage requirements.
Ability to read and interpret purchase orders packing slips work orders and related documentation.
Basic computer skills and willingness to learn ERP and inventory management systems.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining inventory accuracy and material traceability.
Ability to prioritize tasks and perform effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP preferred).
Experience performing inventory transactions cycle counts or inventory control activities.
Familiarity with ESD handling requirements IPC/JEDEC standards and moisture-sensitive device (MSD) handling.
Experience working within an AS9100 or other regulated manufacturing environment.
