Electro-Mechanic Maintenance

Responsibilities:

• Follow all plant safety guidelines and complete required safety training including lockout/tagout housekeeping and 5S standards.
• Ensure equipment operates efficiently and safely to support consistent product quality.
• Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues on production lines including replacing sensors motors drives and contacts as needed.
• Troubleshoot and maintain PLC systems run power and ethernet lines and work with high-voltage equipment safely.
• Maintain clean organized and hazard-free work areas in compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to minimize downtime and achieve production goals.
• Actively participate in a supportive team environment that values safety quality and productivity.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED; technical certification or associate degree in industrial maintenance or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in manufacturing or industrial maintenance role.
• Solid understanding of AC/DC motors electrical panels sensors relays and mechanical components.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints.
• Familiarity with PLC troubleshooting (Allen-Bradley Siemens etc.) a plus.
• Ability to work independently manage time effectively and handle multiple priorities.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts and overtime including weekends if needed.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
• Must be able to work multiple shifts

Preferred Skills:

Experience with CMMS systems; eMaint experience a plus.
Knowledge of robotic or automated equipment maintenance.
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
