Job Summary

Industrial Power Solutions a Sundt Company is seeking hardworking and dependable Electrician Helpers to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities

Assist electricians with the installation of electrical systems and equipment.

Load unload organize and transport tools materials and equipment throughout the jobsite.

Assist with conduit installation wire pulls cable tray installation grounding systems and equipment setup.

Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment.

Operate basic hand tools and power tools under the direction of experienced electricians.

Assist with material handling inventory and staging of equipment.

Follow all company safety policies OSHA regulations and project safety requirements.

Support crews with daily construction activities while developing electrical trade skills.

Maintain positive working relationships with coworkers supervisors customers and trade partners.

Minimum Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Previous construction experience preferred but not required.

Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn the electrical trade.

Ability to safely use basic hand tools and power tools.

Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.

Reliable transportation and valid drivers license preferred.

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Strong communication skills and positive attitude.

Physical Requirements

Work up to 1012-hour shifts in varying temperatures and outdoor conditions.

Frequently lift carry push and pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds.

Stand walk bend kneel crouch and climb throughout the workday.

Climb ladders scaffolding and work from aerial lifts as required.

Work in confined spaces uneven terrain and active construction environments.

Ability to wear required personal protective equipment including hard hat safety glasses gloves hearing protection high-visibility vest and steel-toed boots.
