As a Factory Electrical Test Engineer you will play a critical role in ensuring products meet the highest standards of safety quality and performance before reaching customers. You will lead the full lifecycle of testing activities from planning and setup to execution analysis and reporting. Along the way youll partner with cross-functional teams customers and technical specialists to solve complex challenges improve testing processes and drive operational excellence.

How Youll Make an Impact
Plan and coordinate testing activities based on engineering and customer requirements
Execute and oversee product testing to ensure compliance with specifications and standards
Analyze test data document results and prepare detailed reports
Investigate test failures and perform root cause analysis
Ensure compliance with regulatory quality and safety standards (IEC IEEE ISO)
Maintain and manage test equipment including calibration and proper usage
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements in quality and performance
Support continuous improvement initiatives and optimize testing processes
Your Background
Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in testing or quality within manufacturing
Strong knowledge of testing standards and regulatory requirements (IEC IEEE ISO)
Experience with data analysis and reporting of test results
Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to conduct failure analysis
Strong communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams
