Job Summary
SummaryThe Industrial Electrician / Electrical Systems Technician is responsible for the electrical assembly wiring and functional testing of vacuum systems air compressor systems and custom containerized equipment packages manufactured by Air Energy Group. This role ensures that all electrical components wiring and control systems are installed according to schematics company standards and customer requirements. The position also provides technical guidance to assembly personnel and supports the successful completion of production projects through electrical expertise and ResponsibilitiesElectrical Assembly & WiringDetermine electrical wiring requirements for vacuum systems air compressor systems and containerized equipment route and terminate electrical wiring for motors pumps controllers and other system bend and install electrical conduit and associated and wire electrical panels control systems sensors and electrical wiring and installation within custom containers and packaged systems including routing conduit installing control panels and integrating equipment within the container all wiring and installations comply with applicable electrical codes company standards and customer & Quality AssurancePerform electrical and operational testing of completed systems using schematics testing procedures and company proper functionality of motors pumps control panels safety circuits and control and troubleshoot electrical issues during assembly and testing test results and ensure systems meet Air Energy Group and customer Support & CollaborationInterpret electrical schematics wiring diagrams and engineering technical guidance and support to production and assembly personnel during system engineering and production teams in resolving electrical design or assembly improvements to wiring practices testing procedures or electrical & ComplianceFollow all company safety procedures and applicable electrical safety organized and safe work proper grounding circuit protection and safe electrical installation QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; certification in electrical systems wiring industrial equipment control panels or to read and interpret electrical schematics wiring diagrams and technical with conduit bending fabrication and troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for electrical to work independently and support team members in a manufacturing QualificationsExperience with industrial motors pumps compressors or vacuum wiring containerized or skid-mounted industrial equipment of motor controls starters VFDs and industrial control with NEC standards and industrial electrical experience in equipment manufacturing or system CompetenciesElectrical troubleshootingMechanical and electrical assemblyTechnical problem solvingAttention to detailLeadership and mentoring within production teamsWork EnvironmentManufacturing and equipment assembly standing bending and working with tools and electrical inside equipment skids and containerized systems as part of lifting of components and materials.
