Electrical Service Manager

As Service Manager youll oversee daily operations drive customer satisfaction and support technicians across electrical service calls. Youll play a key role in workflow scheduling team development and client relationship managementdelivering best-in-class service to our commercial and industrial customers.

• Manage and dispatch a team of field service technicians for electrical jobs
• Oversee project timelines quality control and customer communication
• Serve as the liaison between customers contractors and internal departments
• Ensure safety compliance and adherence to company standards
• Assist in estimating quoting and reviewing service contracts
• Develop and coach your team for long-term success
• Monitor KPIs and contribute to department growth targets

• 5 years in electrical service with supervisory or leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of commercial/industrial systems troubleshooting and repair
• Ability to manage multiple service calls customer needs and technician scheduling
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with field service management software is a plus

• Compensation: $123456 per year depending on experience and annual performance-based bonus.
