Electrical Project ManagerEstimator

An outstanding full-time opening has become available in the Buffalo NY area for a local individual with 5 years experience as an Electrical Project Manager/Estimator with a background in Civil Construction on mid-large size Industrial and Commercial projects. This position would earn a generous base salary and a loaded benefits package including medical benefits a 401K w/ matching Short/Long Term Disability Life insurance PTO and other outstanding perks.

All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration

• Please DO NOT APPLY unless you have 5 years of Electrical Project Management experience on mid-large Industrial and Commercial

• Experience with Construction Administration Project Tracking Labor/Material cost evaluation documentation inspections purchasing and negotiations is a MUST

• Experience quoting a vast array of project sizes ranging from Service and Maintenance to large multi-disciplined turnkey projects.

• Experience supervising and coordinating others performance and working with unionized trade craft labor is a MUST

• Experience with Accubid is HIGHLY PREFERRED

• Bachelors Degree or Vocational School in is HIGHLY PREFERRED
