About the Opportunity:

seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager / Estimator to help drive business growth while leading projects from preconstruction through completion. This position offers the opportunity to play a key role in both winning work and ensuring successful project execution.
What Youll Do:

• Prepare accurate electrical estimates and competitive bid proposals

• Review plans specifications and bid documents

• Perform quantity takeoffs and pricing analysis

• Identify project risks and opportunities during the bidding process

• Participate in bid reviews and project handoffs

• Manage commercial electrical projects from award through closeout

• Coordinate with clients vendors subcontractors and field teams

• Monitor project schedules budgets labor utilization and procurement

• Forecast costs and project profitability

• Lead project meetings and maintain client relationships

• Resolve project challenges proactively to keep projects on track

• Conduct local project site visits as needed

Qualifications:

• 5 years of Electrical Project Management and/or Estimating experience

• Commercial electrical construction experience

• Proven experience estimating and managing projects valued between $1M-$10M

• Strong understanding of electrical systems construction methods and project execution

• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously

• Strong customer-facing and relationship-building skills

Compensation & Benefits:

• $110000 - $155000 Base Salary
