Arcon Electric is looking for a motivated and reliable Electrical Installer to join our team on commercial construction projects throughout the Florida Panhandle.
With over 40 years of experience Arcon Electric has built a reputation for quality workmanship reliability and strong relationships. We specialize in commercial electrical construction including new construction and renovation projects.

What Youll Do
As an Electrical Installer youll work alongside experienced electricians and foremen to install electrical systems on commercial construction projects.
- Assist with the installation of commercial electrical systems including conduit wiring lighting and electrical equipment.
- Measure cut bend assemble and install electrical conduit and rough-in materials.
- Assist with pulling wire installing electrical boxes fixtures switches and receptacles.
- Follow electrical blueprints drawings and instructions provided by supervisors.
- Use hand tools power tools and electrical equipment safely and effectively.
- Gather organize and transport materials tools and equipment needed for daily tasks.
- Work alongside electricians and foremen to complete assigned installations.
- Identify and communicate material shortages installation issues and jobsite concerns.
- Maintain a clean safe and organized work environment.
- Follow company safety policies OSHA requirements and applicable electrical codes.
- Complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship.
What Were Looking For
- Previous electrical or commercial construction experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of electrical tools materials and installation methods preferred.
- Experience with conduit bending wire pulling and electrical rough-ins is a plus.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Willingness to learn electrical installation techniques and safety procedures.
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks and as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic reliability and attention to detail.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing jobsite needs and priorities.
- Commitment to jobsite safety and quality workmanship.
