What Youll Do:

• Install inspect maintain and repair residential electrical systems including wiring outlets switches lighting fixtures circuit breakers panels and related components
• Diagnose electrical issues and provide safe effective solutions that meet code requirements
• Read and interpret blueprints electrical codes and specifications to ensure accurate and compliant installations
• Perform service calls and emergency repairs in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain compliance with all safety regulations industry standards and company procedures
• Accurately document work performed using ServiceTitan software
• Communicate findings recommendations and solutions clearly with homeowners
• Recommend products and services that improve electrical performance safety and customer satisfaction

What Youll Bring:

• 2 years of residential electrical experience
• Electrical sales experience is a strong plus
• A customer-first mindset with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A strong work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality service
• Valid drivers license with a satisfactory driving record
• Professional appearance and pride in your workmanship
• Ability to lift equipment and work in various indoor and outdoor environments
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
