Job Summary
Industrial Electrical Foreman Lead a High-Performing Team
Are you an experienced industrial electrical leader ready to take the next step Were looking for an Industrial Electrical Foreman to lead a team of more than 20 skilled employees in the fabrication wiring and assembly of industrial electrical control panels and equipment.
In this role youll coordinate daily production review electrical and mechanical drawings assign work inspect quality and ensure projects are completed safely accurately and on schedule. Youll work closely with plant leadership and other department supervisors while helping develop a culture focused on teamwork accountability and continuous improvement.
What Were Looking For:
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience in industrial electrical manufacturing
- Ability to read electrical schematics mechanical drawings and bills of material
- Experience with industrial control panels and UL508A wiring standards
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Commitment to quality safety and leading by example
