Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of electrical engineers and technicians providing technical guidance and performance evaluations.
- Manage and coordinate engineering projects ensuring they meet specifications budgets and timelines.
- Design develop and test electrical systems components and software for packaging machinery.
- Oversee the installation startup and commissioning of equipment ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Research and evaluate new technologies to improve engineering processes and products.
- Collaborate with other managers customers and vendors to align engineering activities with company strategies.
- Maintain and review engineering documentation including schematics manuals and reports.
- Ensure the safety quality and functionality of all engineering projects.
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Computer Engineering or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in electrical engineering and team management preferably in the packaging or automation industry.
- Strong leadership and management skills with a proven ability to lead a technical team.
- Proficiency in PLC programming HMI and various programming languages (C C Java Python).
- Excellent problem-solving analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Work Environment:
- Occasional travel required for project oversight and customer interaction.
