Electric Motor Winder

We are hiring an experienced Electric Motor Winder / Motor Rewinder to repair and rewind industrial electric motors and rotating equipment.

Responsibilities

• Wind and rewind AC/DC electric motors stators rotors and armatures
• Remove old windings and record winding data
• Prepare insulate form install and connect coils
• Perform soldering brazing tying and electrical connections
• Apply varnish and complete dip-and-bake processes
• Perform electrical testing using Megger Hi-Pot or similar equipment
• Disassemble inspect repair reassemble and test electric motors
• Follow safety and quality procedures

Qualifications

• 1 year of hands-on electric motor winding or rewinding experience
• Experience with motor coils stators armatures or rotors
• Ability to read winding data diagrams and specifications
• Experience with industrial electric motors preferred
• Generator winding experience is a plus
