Responsibilities
Be knowledgeable of P6
Understand and be able to manage the EI QA documentation and workflow process for both TARs and Projects
Responsible for submitting and tracking RFIs in I-TAR/I-CON for any questions or documentation needed in assigned TARs and Projects.
Understand and review hiring plans with E/I supervisor.
Be knowledgeable of P6
Understand and be able to manage the EI QA documentation and workflow process for both TARs and Projects
Responsible for submitting and tracking RFIs in I-TAR/I-CON for any questions or documentation needed in assigned TARs and Projects.
Understand and review hiring plans with E/I supervisor.
Manage contractors to headcount and utilize resource mobility to prevent inflating cost.
Responsible for tracking equipment being sent off site for repairs. This includes gathering proper decon and SDA sheets required prior to being removed off site. (Control valves Motors MOVs EIVs etc.)
Review 3rd party vendors or specialty contractors identified with E/I Supervisor. Ensure all
contracts and POs are in place.
Responsible for tracking all new equipment being delivered to site and spec checked
Must be fully engaged with all field activities and attend mid shift meetings with other craft
coordinators to give accurate updates.
Responsible for tracking contractor rental equipment and cost associated for TAR/Project
Attend and engage in Contractor weekly safety meetings and unit toolbox meetings. It is a
requirement.
