We are hiring an EHS Analyst to join our EHS Team!

Are you passionate about using data systems and compliance expertise to strengthen workplace safety and environmental stewardship As an EHS Analyst you will play a key role in supporting the effectiveness compliance and continuous improvement of our Environmental Health & Safety programs.
In this role you will help ensure critical EHS management systems regulatory reporting processes training programs and compliance activities operate accurately and efficiently. Your work will help reduce organizational risk support regulatory compliance and provide meaningful insights that drive informed decision-making. You will collect analyze and interpret both leading and lagging EHS performance indicators helping identify trends uncover opportunities for improvement and support a proactive safety culture across the organization.
Working closely with EHS leadership Human Resources functional leaders site teams third-party administrators vendors and regulatory agencies you will serve as a trusted partner in maintaining compliant effective and business-aligned EHS programs.

- Are you passionate about maintaining accurate and reliable systems Serve as the primary administrator and data steward for Dakota and Tacera ensuring timely accurate and consistent reporting documentation and data quality across locations.
- Can you keep critical compliance activities organized and on track Support environmental and EHS regulatory reporting requirements prepare and submit required documentation and maintain compliance calendars for permits inspections and reporting deadlines.
- Do you thrive in highly regulated environments Assist with regulatory documentation inspections applicability assessments and ongoing compliance monitoring to help ensure adherence to applicable requirements and internal standards.
- Are you skilled at preparing teams for audits and assessments Support EHS audits inspections and reviews by organizing records preparing documentation tracking corrective actions and maintaining audit-ready files.
- Do you enjoy coordinating training and building accountability Maintain training records manage training matrices monitor completion status develop compliance reports and prepare training metrics for leadership reviews.
- Can you drive process improvements through organization and analysis Find opportunities to improve reporting processes documentation controls workflow efficiency data quality and administrative systems that support EHS performance.
- Are you comfortable managing sensitive employee cases with care and precision Coordinate Workers Compensation claims partner with employees and stakeholders throughout the claim lifecycle and help ensure timely resolution regulatory compliance and effective return-to-work outcomes.
- Do you communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders Partner with leadership HR site teams vendors regulatory agencies and third-party administrators to support accurate reporting issue resolution and continuous program improvement.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelors degree in Environmental Science Safety Management Industrial Engineering Data Analytics or a related field
- 2-4 years of professional experience supporting EHS compliance environmental reporting data analysis or safety program administration
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
- Familiarity with California EHS regulations and reporting systems strongly preferred
- Experience working with EHS management systems and maintaining data integrity
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Excel
- Ability to prepare reports charts schedules procedures worksheets and performance metrics
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and interpret performance data
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and documentation control
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with limited day-to-day supervision
- Strong verbal written presentation and stakeholder communication skills

Hiring Range: $26.25 - $41.00
