ExemptAbout the Opportunity:
TheEconomic DevelopmentProgram Manager will lead the development and implementation of Washington Countys Economic Development Program. Responsibilities include managing the Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (CPACE) program overseeing Strategic Investment Plan agreements and distributing County-allocated funds to partner organizations that support the Countys economic development goals. The role also provideseconomic development technicalsupport to Washington Countys small cities andconveneseconomic development professionals from all cities within the County.

Minimum Qualifications
Education and Experience:
Masters Degree in criminal justice social work psychology social sciences an applied research-related field or other related field(Finance Public Administration Business Marketing Communication Engineering Urban and Regional Planning Public Policy Economics and Community Development are considered to be related to this position); AND Three (3) years of pertinent professional experience related to the specific program area of responsibility. Experience must include responsibility for the oversight and evaluation of program activities and at least two (2) years of work experience in a project program or team lead or supervisory role.OR
