Position Location:  Immediate opportunities available in Cape Cod. This is a field-based role serving clients in their homes throughout the commonwealth - your caseload will be built around where you live. 

Blended positions also available by location for home and center-based services. Treatment Centers are now open in Milford -  Rockland - Fall River - New Bedford - Leominster - North Andover - Chicopee. Springfield coming soon!

Youll play a vital role in delivering individualized ABA treatment to young children with ASD. Youll implement play-based evidence-backed programs in clients homes collaborate closely with families and supervisors and track developmental progress - all while growing your own career in a field thats as rewarding as it is dynamic.

A Day in the Life...

• Implement individualized treatment plans to support childrens communication social and adaptive skills
• Deliver fun engaging play-based therapy sessions in clients homes and community settings
• Collaborate with families caregivers and Early Intervention professionals to reinforce skills and ensure consistency between sessions
• Collect and analyze data on client progress and adjust strategies in partnership with supervising BCBAs
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development throughout your career at Beacon

Qualifications :

What We Are Looking For

• Passion for working with children and families affected by ASD
• Thrives in a dynamic field-based environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with children families and colleagues
• Organized reliable and detail-oriented with strong follow-through
• Comfortable sitting on the floor standing and lifting children or objects up to 50 lbs.
• Valid drivers license and personal vehicle required
• Results-driven with a genuine desire to help children reach their milestones

Education

• Bachelors Degree preferred; required for immediate promotional consideration
• Associates Degree in a related field with 300 hours of experience with children accepted
• High School Diploma may be considered with 600 hours of relevant experience (additional availability requirements apply)

Work Experience

• Prior experience working with young children is preferred; all levels considered. Full training is otherwise provided!

Starting between $23.00 $27.00 per hour based on education and experience
