E-commerce Warehouse Supervisor

Were looking for a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily fulfillment and warehouse operations. This role is responsible for overseeing receiving order fulfillment shipping returns carrier coordination team performance and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day warehouse and fulfillment operations.
• Supervise coach and develop warehouse staff.
• Manage shipping receiving inventory flow and returns.
• Coordinate with carriers and logistics providers to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries.
• Monitor KPIs productivity quality and operational performance.
• Maintain a safe organized and efficient warehouse environment.
• Implement process improvements and ensure SOP compliance.
• Prepare daily and weekly operational reports.

Requirements

• 3 years of warehouse fulfillment or logistics experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or team lead experience.
• Experience managing shipping receiving and carrier relationships.
• Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with WMS Excel or similar systems.
• Experience with 5S Lean or continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
