Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Dynamics 365 Systems Analyst (Field Service) position! This is a 6 months contract-to-hire opportunity and will be hybrid in Charlotte NC. This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services. No C2C or subcontracting arrangements will be considered.
What Youll Be Doing:
Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams translating business needs into clear actionable system requirements for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Field Service platforms
Partner with Product Owners Solutions Architects and development teams to gather analyze and document business processes functional requirements user stories and process flows throughout the software development lifecycle
Collaborate with Solutions Architects to support solution design discussions and ensure proposed solutions align with business objectives and platform capabilities for CRM and Field Service operations
Develop and execute functional test scripts support system integration and user acceptance testing and validate that delivered solutions meet business requirements and quality standards
Support implementation of new features system integrations data migrations and enhancements across Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Field Service applications
Analyze system performance data quality and user feedback to identify opportunities for process improvements and application optimization
Build and maintain strong relationships across all levels of the organization to gain consensus among multiple stakeholder groups and ensure successful solution delivery
Maintain accurate requirements documentation testing artifacts and knowledge base content to support ongoing system maintenance and future enhancements
What Youll Need to Have:
3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 with strong preference for Field Service and Field Service Mobile experience
3-5 years of experience in functional analysis systems analysis or technical analysis roles supporting enterprise applications
Experience with ADO and/or JIRA
Proven ability to translate business requirements into solution designs in partnership with Product Owners architects developers and business stakeholders
Experience developing user stories application requirements process flow diagrams and detailed functional specifications
Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with demonstrated ability to troubleshoot application issues and support timely resolution
Solid understanding of CRM architecture data relationships integrations and enterprise application delivery practices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences
Strong organizational and time management abilities with proven success managing multiple priorities independently
Pay Range: $55-60/hr
