micro1 is engaging Dutch Transcription Experts to support an AI training project focused on producing accurate high-quality transcriptions from Dutch and English audio recordings.

Your linguistic expertise attention to detail and ability to capture language nuances will help improve next-generation AI systems. No prior AI experience is required.

• Transcribe Dutch and English audio into accurate high-quality written text.
• Ensure proper grammar punctuation context and speaker intent.
• Review proofread and edit transcripts for accuracy and consistency.
• Annotate transcripts with required linguistic tags and contextual information.
• Accurately capture accents dialects pronunciation and language nuances.
• Identify and resolve unclear or ambiguous audio content.
• Follow detailed transcription and formatting guidelines.
• Provide feedback to improve transcription quality and workflows.
• Maintain confidentiality and data security across all project work.
• Deliver assignments within agreed timelines and quality standards.

• Native or near-native fluency in Dutch.
• Strong command of Dutch grammar vocabulary pronunciation and usage.
• Professional experience in audio transcription preferably Dutch.
• Experience transcribing English audio is a plus.
• Strong ability to identify subtle linguistic and contextual details.
• Familiarity with transcription or annotation tools is preferred.
• Experience with AI training NLP speech data or data annotation is beneficial but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and consistently meet remote project deadlines.
