Dual Modality CT/X-Ray Technologist
Location: Located in Chinle AZ 86503
Shift:

Day Shift: 8:00 AM 8:00 PM

Night Shift: 8:00 PM 8:00 AM

7 Days On / 7 Days Off (including weekends and holidays)

One-hour meal break per shift

Occasional call-back for emergency staffing needs
Contract Length: 3 months with the option to extend
Estimated Start Date: Pending Award and Completion of Credentialing Process
Compensation:
-
Regular Pay Rate: $50 per hour

Travel weekly stipends: $1246
-
Please keep in mind that payroll is processed on a biweekly basis.
Benefits:

Health and Welfare: $5.09/hr (Up to 40 hours worked per week)

PTO: 5 days after 6 months an additional 5 days at 1 year of service

Accrued sick days: 1 hour for every 36 hours worked

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Dual Modality CT/X-Ray Technologist to provide high-quality CT and diagnostic radiology services in a fast-paced hospital setting. The ideal candidate will perform a variety of imaging procedures while ensuring patient safety exceptional image quality and compassionate care.
Requirements:

Minimum of 12 months of CT and Radiology experience

Current ARRT certification in Radiography (R) and Computed Tomography (CT)

Current BLS/CPR certification
-
Experience must not include a lapse in employment greater than 6 months

Ability to meet IHS credentialing and background requirements
Responsibilities:

Perform CT and general X-ray imaging procedures following physician orders

Prepare position and educate patients for imaging exams

Administer IV contrast and monitor patients during CT procedures

Assist physicians during fluoroscopic and surgical imaging procedures as needed

Maintain accurate documentation and imaging records in accordance with department standards

Follow radiation safety quality assurance infection control and HIPAA guidelines
-
Perform routine equipment checks and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care
