Were partnering with a well-established commercial drywall contractor that is looking to add an experienced Project Manager to its growing team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership of projects building strong relationships with clients and field teams and delivering high-quality work from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Manage commercial drywall projects from kickoff through closeout
- Oversee project schedules budgets and overall execution
- Coordinate with clients subcontractors suppliers and field personnel
- Review drawings project documents RFIs submittals and change orders
- Ensure projects are completed safely on schedule and within budget
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and project teams
Qualifications
- Commercial drywall project management experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with project documentation scheduling and budgeting
- On-Screen Takeoff (OST) experience is a plus
