What Youll Do:

As a Driver/Maintenance Assistant youll play a hands-on role in improving the lives of our residents by:

  • Safely transporting residents to various locations via company car van or bus coordinating pick-ups and drop-offs with them and maintaining accurate vehicle records.
  • Completing scheduled maintenance and repairs for buildings and grounds such as painting carpet cleaning and snow/debris removal from walkways.
  • Performing apartment reconditioning tasks including fixture installation and general repairs.
  • Maintaining all areas of the community to the highest standard ensuring proper record-keeping for work orders certifications and scheduling.
  • Assisting in safety preparedness of associates and residents participating in Safety Committee Meetings fire drills and other emergency exercises.

What Were Looking For:

  • 1 year of experience in maintenance minor repairs painting and grounds upkeep with the ability to operate applicable tools and equipment.
  • Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record.
  • Compassionate communication and teamwork skills.
  • Current in-person CPR/First Aid certification (online not accepted).
  • Valid fingerprint clearance card (required prior to start).

Required Experience:

Junior IC
