Driver Recruiter

We are currently seeking a Driver Recruiter to join our team at Hogan Transportation. As a Driver Recruiter you will play a crucial role in sourcing attracting and hiring qualified drivers to meet our transportation needs.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to determine hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Source potential driver candidates through various channels including job boards social media and networking.
• Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the organization.
• Coordinate with the operations team to schedule driver orientations and onboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records in the database.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive recruiting experience.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor practices to enhance recruitment strategies.

• Prior experience in driver recruiting or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools and databases.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in driver recruiting.
• Experience in the transportation industry is a plus.
