Bizzy Kidz Kab Company LLC located in Fort Mill SC is growing and were looking for dedicated Transportation Specialists (Drivers) to join our team! Were a transportation company exclusively serving children and teens and we pride ourselves on creating a safe caring environment for our young passengers. As a Driver for Bizzy Kidz Kab Company LLC youll play an essential role in ensuring children and teens get to their destinations safely and on time. Your responsibilities will include:

• Transporting children and teens to and from school after-school programs enrichment activities tutoring lessons summer camps field trips and more within our service areas (Fort Mill Rock Hill and Charlotte).
• Inspecting vehicles before and after daily operations to ensure safety and maintenance standards are met.
• Operating transportation vehicles (from mini-vans to 15-passenger vans) efficiently and punctually over established routes.
• Maintaining discipline and ensuring a safe and positive environment for all passengers.
• Driving defensively under varying traffic conditions and adhering to state highway operating rules and procedures.
• Performing housekeeping duties inside and outside the vehicle to maintain cleanliness.
• Attending workshops safety meetings and conducting emergency evacuation drills.
• Acting professionally and positively while interacting with children teens parents schools and site coordinators.
• Performing other duties as assigned by the Manager of Transportation Services.

To join our team youll need to meet the following qualifications:

• Age Requirement: Must be 25 years of age or older.
• Experience: At least 1 year of driving experience.
• License: Current and valid drivers license with a clean 3-year driving record (no DUI convictions suspensions or excessive at-fault accidents).
• Background Check: Ability to pass an extensive criminal background check and clear the Sex Offender Registry.
• Skills: Knowledge of state highway operating rules and procedures and the ability to handle the exuberant behavioral characteristics of youthful riders.
• Special Needs: Willingness to drive children with special needs.
• Physical Requirements: Must complete training and pass a physical exam and drug testing.
