Driver II

• Safely operate a company delivery vehicle while maintaining all DOT safety and compliance requirements.
• Complete specialized deliveries in apartment communities and multifamily properties navigating complex delivery environments with professionalism and efficiency.
• Load transport unload and position merchandise according to customer requirements and site conditions.
• Verify order accuracy collect delivery confirmations and document completed deliveries using handheld technology.
• Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service during every delivery.
• Partner with sales and operations teams to support customer needs resolve delivery concerns and enhance the customer experience.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and promptly report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations.
• Assist with warehouse operations and material handling activities as business needs require.

• High school diploma or GED General Studies or technical school graduate or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement if applicable
• 1 years of experience operating box trucks or similar commercial vehicles with a Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW between 14500 and 26000 pounds.
• Ability to meet all applicable DOT requirements and maintain required medical certification.
• Ability to safely lift carry push and pull merchandise weighing up to 40 pounds with team - lift- support available for heavier items.
• Strong commitment to safety customer service and operational excellence.
• DL NUMBER - Driver License Valid and in State

• Previous experience navigating multifamily housing apartment communities construction sites or other complex delivery environments preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts order pickers pallet jacks or other material handling equipment.
• Retail logistics or warehouse experience
• Experience using handheld mobile technology and delivery management systems.
