***UPDATED JD 9/8/26 PLEASE READ ALL SECTIONS*** The Automotive Fleet Operations Coordinator supports a growing fleet of prototype and benchmark vehicles used to evaluate future vehicle technologies and customer experiences. This role works closely with engineering design testing and product development teams to ensure vehicles facilities and resources are available and operating efficiently. The position combines fleet operations vehicle logistics scheduling compliance administration and prototype vehicle support in a fast-paced automotive environment

Communications & Coordination Monitor collaboration channels and respond to operational requests. Communicate scheduling and vehicle availability updates.
