Drafter

A terrific full-time opening has come available for an Architectural Drafter with experience in the historic commercial restoration construction arena to join a cutting edge extremely stable organization. This position would earn a competitive base salary plus bonus and a great benefits package including competitive insurance plans paid vacation sick pay and other outstanding perks. This position is located in the beautiful Sunset park area of Brooklyn.

Support design of internal projects

Coordinate with design team for delivery of pricing docsuments

Coordinate with leasing team for planning of renovations and fit-outs

Prepare plans elevations sections and details.

All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration

• Please DO NOT APPLY unless you have a Bachelors Degree
• 2 years experience with AutoCAD Photoshop InDesign Illustrator & 3D modeling software
• Knowledge of NYC Building Codes and basic ADA requirements
• Strong background in architecture landscape architecture signage wayfinding lighting streetscape improvement environmental graphic and interior design projects.
