Overview:
This role will focus on managing and optimizing document control processes within SharePoint ensuring efficient document storage access and collaboration across teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain document control systems withinMicrosoft SharePoint
- Organize structure and manage document libraries and workflows
- Ensure proper version control metadata and document governance
- Support internal teams with SharePoint usage and best practices
- Improve document management processes and system efficiency
- Ensure compliance with company standards and audit requirements
Requirements:
- 810 years of document control experience
- Strong expertise inMicrosoft SharePoint
- Experience with EDMS (Electronic Document Management Systems)
- Experience designing or managing document management systems
- Strong attention to detail and process-oriented mindset
- Ability to collaborate across teams and geographies
