What Youll Do

As a Classroom Specialist youll be an important part of our teaching team. Youll help classrooms run smoothly while creating positive engaging experiences for children throughout the center.

Your day may include:

• Supporting classrooms and age groups throughout the center
• Assisting with teacher breaks classroom transitions and daily schedule coverage
• Supporting daily routines including meals naps diapering and toileting
• Engaging children through storytelling music movement crafts games and hands-on activities
• Encouraging positive behavior social skills independence and confidence
• Assisting teachers with classroom activities and learning experiences
• Supervising children during indoor and outdoor play meals naps and transitions
• Helping maintain clean organized and safe classroom environments
• Collaborating with teachers and center leadership to meet classroom needs
• Communicating professionally with coworkers and families when appropriate

What Were Looking For

You dont need previous childcare experience. Were looking for someone who is:

• At least 16 years old
• Passionate about working with children
• Comfortable working with different age groups
• Caring patient dependable flexible and organized
• Positive and able to adapt to changing classroom needs
• A strong communicator and team player
• Willing to learn and complete required Montana licensing and training requirements
• CPR and First Aid Certified (or willing to obtain within 30 days of hire)
•
