Are you a proven multi-unit leader looking for stability career progression and the resources to win Our teamthe 2025 Burger King Franchisee of the Yearis seeking an experienced District Manager to oversee a network of Burger King locations in the Johnson City TN area.

As a District Manager you will serve as the operational anchor for your patch of restaurants. You will lead mentor and empower your General Managers to drive sales growth deliver top-tier guest satisfaction maintain operational excellence and build high-performing teams.

• Experience: 3 years of successful multi-unit operations experience in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) or Fast Casual concept required (Burger King or major QSR brand experience preferred).
  

• Proven Track Record: History of achieving sales targets managing labor/food costs and developing restaurant managers into multi-unit leaders.
  

• Leadership & Drive: Strong communication skills high emotional intelligence and a hands-on leadership style.
  

• Mobility: Valid drivers license and willingness to travel daily throughout the Johnson City TN district.
  

• Base Salary: $80000 $90000 / year (commensurate with experience)
