We are looking for an experienced District Manager to oversee multiple quick service restaurant locations throughout the South Chicago market. This opportunity is ideal for a hands on leader with a proven history of improving operations developing management teams and driving financial performance.

What Youll Do
- Lead multiple restaurant locations and their management teams
- Drive sales profitability and operational excellence
- Coach and develop General Managers
- Ensure exceptional guest service and brand standards
- Manage food and labor costs
- Build a culture focused on accountability and results
What Were Looking For
- Multi unit restaurant management experience
- QSR experience required
- Wendys experience strongly preferred
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Ability to oversee high volume restaurants
- Local candidates preferred relocation may be considered
