Job Title: Distinguish Engineer / Technical Project Manager.
Location: McLean VA.

Job Description:

Brief Description of the Project:

Partnering with a cross-functional team of engineers technical program managers and product managers to deliver AI-powered products that change how our associates work.
Assessing and implementing AI powered solutions that accelerate engineering agenda including participating in architecting software systems design and prototyping and launching rapid POCs.
Leveraging modern AI coding tools such as Windsurf and Claude Code to provide maximum leverage and quality with minimal manual effort.
Ensuring the quality of technical design and implementation.

Skills Set Requirements:
Must Have:

AI tools set experience including AI coding tools with Windsurf Claude Code Gemini etc.
Agentic AI experience hands on experience with platform transformation leveraging autonomous reasoning-based multi-agent systems.
Experience architecting designing developing integrating delivering and supporting complex AI systems.
Experience in the full lifecycle of system development from conception through architecture implementation testing deployment and production support including system design and regular code contributions.
Proven experience in distributed systems AWS and modern languages (Java Python or Go) with a track record of solving log-jam engineering problems.
Ability to navigate complex architectural alignment across silos while maintaining a truth-seeking / trade off analysis approach to technology.

Nice to Have:

LLM optimization techniques to improve the performance scalability cost latency throughput.
Serve as an authoritative expert on non-functional system characteristics such as performance scalability and operability.
