Job Summary:

The Dispatcherexpeditescommunications and dispatches company personnel and/ roleis responsible forloggingreportingandcommunicatingall moments thatrequiredispatching.

Job Specifications:

  • Starting Wage:$20.00/hr - $23.00/hr

  • Employment Type:Winter Seasonal 2026/2027

  • Shift Type:Full Time and Part Timehours available

  • Minimum Age:At least 18 years of age

  • Housing Availability:Yes

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer all telephone and radio calls in Dispatch

  • Providetimelyandaccuratecommunications and record keepingrequiredfor the resort operations team.

  • Keepaccurateand up to date dailyweeklyand seasonal Dispatch logs and other records related to assigned duties.

  • Perform continuous monitoring of a radio channel system and dispatch phone line.

  • Coordinate emergency travel needs for rescue services arriving at the resort.

  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • We will teach you all necessary skills to be able to execute your job safely no formal experience is necessary

  • Desire to learn and grow

  • Must be able to communicate fluently in English

  • Ability to sit forlong periodsof time

The expected pay range is$20.00/hr - $23.00/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
