Available Shift:

• Tuesday - Thursday: 5:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• Friday - Saturday: 2:30 PM - 12:00 AM

What Youll Do

• Coordinate and dispatch transportation services efficiently and effectively
• Monitor and adjust routes to maximize performance and service quality
• Communicate with drivers throughout their shifts to ensure operational success
• Act as the primary point of contact for driver support and assistance
• Resolve customer service concerns and operational issues in a professional manner
• Manage critical incidents service disruptions and real-time operational challenges
• Track and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) including: On-time performance Appointment adherence Passenger onboard time Route efficiency
• Collaborate with supervisors and operational leaders to ensure service goals are met
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to daily operations

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn dispatching software
• Ability to multitask and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional during service disruptions or emergencies
• Transportation dispatching logistics or customer service experience preferred
• Commitment to providing safe reliable and caring service
