**Role Overview**
The Scheduler Assistant will provide vital administrative support to ensure the company adheres to regulatory requirements and efficiently manages customer workload. This is a hybrid role requiring 13 days onsite per week at the SJI Green Lane office. The position is an initial 6-month contract with potential for extension.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to customers and clearly communicate scheduling details
- Handle EMERGENCY calls remain calm clear and concise under pressure
- Provide necessary instructions and reassurance to customers in emergency situations
- Stay composed during emergencies while managing customer emotions
- Quickly assess emergency situations determine best course of action and coordinate resolutions
- Support team in ensuring regulatory compliance and efficient customer workload management
