Dispatch & Customer Service Agent

At LoadUp our customers and contractors count on us to keep every job on track from the first booking to job completion. As a Dispatch & Customer Service Representative youll be the primary point of contact dispatching jobs to contractors responding to customer and contractor inquiries and resolving issues as they come up. Youll make sure every order is covered every customer is kept informed and every contractor has what they need to get the job done. This is an execution-focused high-communication role on our Operations team. This is a full-time role.

• Dispatch and assign jobs to contractors making sure every order is covered and on track.

• Monitor real-time order status from initial request to service completion.

• Resolve coverage gaps delays and scheduling conflicts before they affect the customer.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and contractors via phone text chat and email.

• Resolve inquiries quickly and accurately with a professional customer-first approach.

• Troubleshoot scheduling issues service concerns and escalations with a calm solutions-focused mindset.

• Follow up proactively and keep customers and contractors informed.

• Document all communication and actions accurately in internal systems.

• Report recurring issues trends or system gaps to leadership.

• Adapt quickly to new tools systems and workflows.

• Represent LoadUps core beliefs with integrity in every interaction.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Strong organization and time management with the ability to handle multiple orders and conversations at once.

• Comfort with technology and a willingness to learn new platforms quickly.
