Job Summary

- This position must be able to work weekends
The Dishwasher/Utility position is responsible for maintaining a clean and safe area while operating the dishwasher.
- Keep entire dish area clean.
- Store dishes and flatware properly.
- Remove refuse cans.
- Clean dish machine.
- Clean china storage equipment.
- Sweep entire kitchen and dining area.
- Mop entire kitchen and dining area.
- Clean walk-in refrigerators and freezers.
- Wash rinse and store pots pans and serving utensils.
- Dispose of unwanted unusable portions of food items properly.
- Clean and properly sterilize refuse cans.
- Assist in storing and stocking shelves in dry storage freezers and walk-in coolers.
- Store serving trays in serving line as needed
- Place necessary china and glassware in appropriate areas
Qualifications:
- Must be able to read write speak and understand the English language.
- High school diploma.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Able to work weekends and holidays.
- Show evidence of negative TB skin test or the equivalent.
- Able to work shifts other than the one specified at the time of employment.
- Knowledge of all kitchen equipment.
- Able to follow written and oral instructions.
