JOB TITLE: Food Services Waitstaff

DEPARTMENT: Food Services

REPORTS TO: Executive Chef

STATUS: Full-Time

SCHEDULE: 7:30AM - 3:30PM

SALARY: $22.00 DOE. Non-Exempt/Hourly

The Dishwasher assists in maintaining the kitchen dishes cups glasses flatware cooking utensils pots pans equipment and work areas clean orderly and sanitary. Although the Dishwasher may be assigned to specialize in one of three areas (i.e. washing dishes washing pots and pans or cleaning work areas) you are expected to be cross-trained and available to perform the duties in all three areas as well as to assist as requested with other Food Service tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to communicate in English with residents staff and managers.
• Familiarity with safe food handling practices and regulations.
• Holds current State of Washington Food Handlers permit.
• Demonstrates patience a genuine caring attitude toward the elderly and disabled persons flexibility a positive outlook the ability to focus on the strengths of other people and a healthy sense of humor.
