Capital Canyon Club located in Prescott Arizona is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Dishwasher! We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing to grow their knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.
Compensation: $16 / hour
Position Summary
The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining cleanliness sanitation and organization of all kitchen equipment service ware and back-of-house areas. This role supports kitchen efficiency by ensuring a continuous flow of clean dishes utensils and cookware during high-volume service periods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the kitchen is clean well maintained and organized at all times.
- Adhere to all sanitation guidelines.
- Collects and removes trash from all areas.
- Ensure waste bin area is kept clean and tidy.
- General cleaning as directed to include sweeping mopping up washing upemptying of bins and boxes ensuring placement in the correct containers.
- Cleans and sanitizes pots pans utensils and other minor equipment routinely usedin the kitchen following established procedures.
- Check all chemical levels and inventory.
- Wash wipe sort stack dishes and load/unload dishwasher.
- Clean sanitize workstations.
- Report any maintenance or hazard issues to manager.
- Assist in light food preparation as directed by manager.
- Always maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Performs other duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- No experience necessary.
