Pay Details:

The dishwasher is responsible for supporting kitchen operations by adhering to all sanitation standards. This is a part-time position. Hours for this position fluctuate depending upon arena event schedule.

Responsibilities

• Support culinary preparation and pantry areas throughout the arena

• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools including dishwashing machines hand-wash stations and pot-scrubbing stations

• Complete all station setup and breakdown responsibilities thoroughly and efficiently

• Ensure clean dishware utensils and kitchen equipment are properly cleaned stored and organized

• Clean and maintain sanitation and dishwashing areas

• Follow proper work procedures and comply with all safety and sanitation standards

• Maintain organization and proper storage of cleaning chemicals mops brooms and related supplies

• Develop familiarity with the arena layout to navigate work areas efficiently and assist guests as needed

• Work collaboratively with operational partners to ensure event service standards are met

• Contribute to maintaining excellent guest service standards

• Perform additional duties as assigned

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Working knowledge of state and local health code requirements

• Positive attitude and willingness to support team operations

• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to work in environments with fluctuating temperatures

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights weekends and holidays
