Dishwasher

The Dishwasher at Lynoras is responsible for maintaining cleanliness sanitation and organization throughout the kitchen and dish area. This role plays a critical part in supporting overall kitchen operations by ensuring all dishes cookware utensils and kitchen equipment are cleaned and available for service. The ideal candidate is dependable hardworking team-oriented and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Primary Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes glassware flatware cookware and kitchen utensils efficiently and safely

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish pit kitchen floors mats sinks and surrounding work areas

• Properly operate dishwashing machines and cleaning equipment

• Ensure all cleaned items are properly stored and organized for kitchen and service use

• Remove trash recycling and kitchen waste throughout shifts as needed

• Assist with cleaning kitchen equipment walls walk-ins storage areas and prep spaces

• Support kitchen staff with basic cleaning and organizational tasks during service

• Follow all food safety sanitation and health department standards

• Assist with receiving and stocking deliveries when necessary

• Maintain adequate levels of cleaning supplies and notify management of shortages

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs safely

• Ability to work in a fast-paced high-volume kitchen environment

• Ability to work in hot wet and physically demanding conditions

• Ability to safely operate dishwashing and cleaning equipment

• Flexibility to work nights weekends and holidays as required
