Job Summary
Reporting to VP North American Supply NGL and Distillates this position is responsible for all Supply activities for its regional internal and external demand. You and your family will have access to LYRA an industry leading platform that provides comprehensive support and a myriad of resources to help support your physical mental financial and social :A continuous focus on professional development with many opportunities for training & career Focused:We care about you and have developed a 24/7 safety mindset that is showcased throughout every facet of the youll do: Manage supply and demand for rail pipeline and truck deliveries in areas of focusManage supply and trading from Dixie and Teppco pipeline storage positions within focus supply regionManage supply contracts through forecasts received from Superior retail and wholesale sales/customersNegotiate supply arrangements for both spot and term supply needs balancing favorable pricing with supply securityDirect and provide clear direction and guidance to the team to consistently improve performanceWork on business development (including supply distribution and growth) and customer enhancement initiatives for Superior retail and wholesaleRegularly update volumetric forecasts and oversee volume incentive program and reconciliation of internal charge mechanismsWhat you bring:Bachelors Degree or Community College Diploma in Business Finance or Energy Marketing plus Professional Certification (e. g. CA CPA) or equivalent courses Minimum 5-10 years experience in supply/logistics truck/rail/pipeline and inventory transfer Extensive industry knowledge (particularly to liquid propane gases)Superior analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to create strategies using data analysisGood negotiation strategy and skillsAbility to fully understand contract or agreement documentsStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead train mentor and motivate employeesHighly effective communication skills both verbal and written and ability to work collaboratively across the organizationLegal Authorization to work in the US is required.
