Director Subcontract Program Management
Location: DallasFort Worth TX (on-site) Pay: $180000$325000
Lead the organization that manages major suppliers and subcontracts for large aircraft production and development programs.
What youll do
- Develop long-term subcontract strategy and tactical plans tied to enterprise objectives
- Lead managers and senior staff responsible for supplier cost schedule quality and technical performance
- Drive category management and supplier development for critical components
- Own talent management and succession planning for the function
- Report supply-base risk and performance to executive leadership
What you bring
- Bachelors degree in business engineering or supply chain
- 12 years in subcontract or supply chain management 5 in people leadership
- Strong grasp of FAR/DFARS cost management and schedule management
- SAP experience preferred
