Pathway Family Services is seeking an experienced Director of Residential Services to oversee residential program at the Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF). This leadership role is responsible for program management staff supervision strategic planning compliance and ensuring quality services for children youth and families.

• Provide leadership and oversight of residential programs and staff.
• Ensure compliance with agency licensing accreditation and grant requirements.
• Monitor program outcomes utilization and performance metrics.
• Recruit train supervise and develop staff.
• Manage budgets policies procedures and quality improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with referral sources community partners and internal departments.
• Support program growth and expansion opportunities.
• Promote a culture of teamwork accountability and exceptional client care.

• Masters degree in a Human Services field.
• Strong leadership communication and organizational skills.
• Valid drivers license and ability to meet agency driving requirements.
• Ability to travel as needed for agency business.
